General Tso Cauliflower…cauliflower florets, battered and fried, sweet and spicy sauce

Tri Colore Salad...radicchio, arugula and Belgian endive, shredded parmesan cheese, red wine-whole grain mustard vinaigrette

Baby Gems…wasabi Caesar dressing, edamame, wasabi peas, shaved parmesan, furikake

Jake’s Wedge…baby iceberg, bleu cheese dressing, avocado, pancetta, red onion, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes

Petit Filet Mignon… 5 oz filet red wine demi-glace, topped with crispy shallots, creamy mashed potatoes, grilled baby carrots and asparagus 

Chicken Milanese… breaded chicken breast, arugula, balsamic tomatoes, shaved parmesan, mashed potatoes

Seared Salmon… spicy minted chickpeas with cumin, pancetta, baby bok choy, lemon beurre blanc drizzle 

Sautéed Sea Scallops… served on peach and Fresno chili puree, with Jasmine lime rice, sautéed sugar snap peas, grilled peach segments 

Baby Back Ribs…pineapple teriyaki sauce, polenta cake with parmesan, chipotle cole slaw

Grilled Cauliflower Steak…chimichurri sauce, asparagus, sautéed cherry tomatoes
